Our Ethical Policy

Swat Group Security has adopted the principle of accountability and transparency in all fields of activity in which it provides private security services, to act in accordance with the rule of law, the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the international conventions to which the Republic of Turkey is a party, the United Nations Global Compact (Global Compact) and to provide private security services within the framework of superior service understanding, accuracy and honesty principles in this direction.

In all of our service areas where we provide private security services to customers from different sectors, we organise trainings with expert trainers in order to continuously improve our company ethics so that our customers, employees and society can achieve a safer and more peaceful position with the principles of human rights, equality, justice, positive discrimination and zero waste nature and animal protection, and we ensure that the applicability of our company ethics policies is checked by our internal audit department.

In order to support the applicability of our adopted ethical policies, when you encounter events that violate our ethical policies in the fields of activity in which our company group provides services, you can contact the ethics coordinatorship affiliated to our Internal Audit department and report the ethical violations you witness to us. You can contact our Ethics Coordination Department regarding any incident that you think is not in compliance with Swat Group Security working principles and ethical rules and other policies and procedures of our company. The ethical violations you have reported are evaluated in accordance with confidentiality principles.
